Honor Society

The National Elementary Honor Society is a service organization to recognize elementary students in both public and non-pubic elementary schools for their outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated personal responsibility, to provide meaningful service to the school and community, and to develop essential leadership skills in the students of elementary schools.

Students must meet certain criteria to be eligible for induction:

  • Must have and maintain a 3.75 grade point average
  • All S’s in social development, work habits, and special areas on their report card
  • Nominated by classroom teacher
  • Student must be unanimously voted for induction by the selection committee
